Wavecrest dispatches twice a week: every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed by 2 pm the day before dispatch make that run. We do not ship on public holidays or during the annual Port Fairhaven Regatta week.
Flat $28 nationwide. Orders over $450 ship free. Dockside delivery inside Port Fairhaven harbour is free on any order, same day, delivered by our skiff Petrel.
Yes, to 14 countries, via consolidated sea freight on the first Friday of each month. International orders require a harbour agent at the receiving port. We regret that we cannot deliver to lighthouses — our insurer has been firm on this since the Cape Grimwald incident of 2011.
Every Wavecrest-manufactured product (Tidebreaker winches, Gullwing compasses) is covered for seven years. Any chandlery in our partner network can process a claim from the serial plate — no receipt required. See Products for what we manufacture ourselves.
